More about CF:
An initial client assessment and then employer on-site visit is required to establish eligibility to the program. Once elgible and accepted, a Wage Subsidy will be offered to Employers.
Offered Wage Subsidies to Employers are legally required to apply employee deductions including CPP, EI, Federal and Provincial Taxes. Employers must pay a wage that reflects the current industry standard for the position; the expectation is that the employer will keep the employee on after the subsidy completes.
We are looking for continuous employment not contract positions.
Qualified Employers must maintain a work environment that complies with all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal legislation, regulations and by-laws affecting the workplace as well as maintain adequate insurance coverage under WSIB or private insurance License.
